This may include items like primary position, season context, goals, and optional attributes such as age, height, weight, optional body metrics, injury history, and training preferences (for example, Travel Mode and a soreness guardrail threshold).
Daily readiness inputs. The App includes daily readiness inputs such as sleep, soreness, and stress.
Training activity and logs. When you use the App to complete training, we collect the information you log, which can include completion status, perceived effort (RPE), and other quality inputs tied to certain training activities (for example, an Approach Score for specific skill work).
Team and coaching context. If you join a team, we collect information related to team membership and coach interactions (for example, coach notes and related content shared with you through the App). Coach notes may include text and audio recordings depending on features enabled in your build.
We store items such as plans, logs, readiness entries, scores, team membership, and notes in the app's data model. Depending on implementation, we may also collect basic technical information like device identifiers, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs.
