This Privacy Policy explains how TheBigs (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the TheBigs mobile application and related services (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide

Account information. When you create an account, we may collect identifiers such as your name and contact information (for example, email address).

Profile information. You can provide profile and preferences that help personalize training and safety constraints. This may include items like primary position, season context, goals, and optional attributes such as age, height, weight, optional body metrics, injury history, and training preferences (for example, Travel Mode and a soreness guardrail threshold).

Daily readiness inputs. The App includes daily readiness inputs such as sleep, soreness, and stress.

Training activity and logs. When you use the App to complete training, we collect the information you log, which can include completion status, perceived effort (RPE), and other quality inputs tied to certain training activities (for example, an Approach Score for specific skill work).

Team and coaching context. If you join a team, we collect information related to team membership and coach interactions (for example, coach notes and related content shared with you through the App). Coach notes may include text and audio recordings depending on features enabled in your build.

B. Information Collected From Your Use of the App

We store items such as plans, logs, readiness entries, scores, team membership, and notes in the app's data model. Depending on implementation, we may also collect basic technical information like device identifiers, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App.
• Personalize training recommendations and ensure training is appropriate for your profile and daily readiness inputs (for example, using readiness and preferences like Travel Mode and guardrails).
• Record your training activity, including completion and logged inputs such as RPE and other quality fields used by the App's training workflow.
• Support team and coach features, including surfacing appropriate athlete context to coaches when you are on a team (for example, readiness and training status views).
• Maintain safety, security, and integrity of the App (for example, preventing abuse and troubleshooting issues).
• Communicate with you, including responding to support requests.

How We Share Information

A. With Your Team and Coaches

If you join a team, information such as your training status, readiness, and coach communications may be visible to your coach and team administrators as part of team oversight features.

B. With Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the App (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools). These providers are permitted to process information only to perform services for us.

C. For Legal, Safety, and Compliance Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.
• Protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or the Company.
• Enforce our agreements and policies.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App and the related services described in this Privacy Policy. We may retain certain information longer if needed for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal obligations (for example, security and fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements).

You can also update certain information directly in the App (for example, profile fields and preferences), depending on your role and team settings.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your TheBigs App account, email us at: coach@thebigs.ai

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and include:

• The name on your account
• The email address used for your account
• Your team name (if applicable)

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request. Deleting your account may remove your access to the App and may delete or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to limited retention as described in the "Data Retention" section.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at coach@thebigs.ai.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice within the App or by other means where required.
