At TheBigs.AI, we want every athlete and coach to feel confident in their subscription. This refund policy outlines how refunds work for our Solo, Team Standard, and Team Premium plans. If you have questions, reach out to us at coach@thebigs.ai.
TheBigs.AI offers monthly subscriptions and Season Pass options. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle. A Season Pass covers 4 months of access and is billed as a one-time payment at the start of the period.
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or Season Pass purchase if you have not substantially used the platform. Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or for accounts with significant usage during the billing period, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Renewals (monthly auto-renewals) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided no new activity has occurred during the renewed period.
Team Standard and Team Premium plans follow the same 7-day refund window. If a coach cancels a team plan, individual athlete accounts linked to that team will retain access through the end of the current billing period but will not renew. Additional per-athlete charges ($6/month beyond included roster limits) are non-refundable for the period in which they were active.
To request a refund, email coach@thebigs.ai with your account email, plan type, and the reason for your request. Our team typically responds within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. You will retain access to TheBigs.AI through the end of your current billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us separately using the process above.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We recommend contacting their support teams for in-app purchase refunds.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TheBigs.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
